What makes First Mortgage Resource different from a bank?

Unlike banks that offer a wide range of financial products, we focus solely on residential mortgages. This allows us to provide more personalized service, competitive rates, and a wider variety of loan options tailored to your needs.

Do I need perfect credit to qualify for a mortgage?

Not at all. We work with borrowers across a range of credit scores and offer flexible loan programs like FHA and USDA that are designed to help those with less-than-perfect credit.

What types of loans do you offer?

We offer Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, as well as refinancing options. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer or looking to upgrade, we have a solution for you.

How much do I need for a down payment?

Down payment requirements vary by loan type, but we offer options starting as low as $0 down for qualified borrowers through VA and USDA programs.

How do I get started with the mortgage process?

It’s easy! Just reach out to one of our licensed loan officers. We’ll guide you through every step—from pre-approval to closing—making the process smooth and stress-free.
